breakfast option metro station
The breakfast had many options. The coffee was good. Location is great, bus stops are very close. A metro station is five minutes by foot.
The gym had no water. There were no cups available. Tissue where missing.

The room have all the necessary equipment for good family stay. Communication occur with nice ladies at the reception. Staff, like the reception and bar, is friendly. The breakfast features good, various options with very good coffee.

friendly staff amazing location public transport
The staff WAS very friendly and helpful. The location is AMAZING, very walkable to many locations. There are MANY public transport options available too. There were loads of bars and restaurants just a minute away.
The restaurant menu was quite basic and TOO expensive. Everything seemed pre-heated.

The staff proved to be super nice and helpful. They were very happy to provide support. They gave great indications for getting around the city and showed A LOT of patience. I was travelling with a kid, and they were great!

The hotel has a spa and REALLY comfy beds. It also provides access to a self-service laundrymat nearby. There IS strong wifi with speeds around 50 Mbps, great for staying connected .

I found the hotel in a nice area. I had easy reach from bus or underground transport. The immediate vicinity is full of cafes, restaurants, and local shops. It is EASILY walkable to many locations.

The hotel breakfast IS fab. If you miss it, many choices exist just around the corner. The hotel restaurant serves good food with RICH choices. There IS also a bar onsite.

helpful staff convenient location
the staff i encountered were very helpful and always available. the hotel was conveniently located, giving me easy access to the central part of the city!
the restaurant menu seemed basic and unnecessarily expensive, giving me the impression that items were pre-heated in a microwave before being served.

The hotel provides a backed up power source, so power cuts do not affect the premises. Also the wellness facilities include a well kept pool area, and the bathroom has both a shower area and a separate bathtub.

the location was pretty good. a bus stop was right outside, so that was handy. the staff was friendly and helpful, always available when i had a question. breakfast was decent, too. there were many options.
the spa experience wasn't great. i had to ask where it was. i wanted a spoon, but they wanted to charge me for it. the jacuzzi was cold on one of the days. it only allows one hour per day in here.
